Intergenerational PK - Full Day

Dear Pre-K Parents,

Guthrie Public Schools will still be doing a lottery drawing for any parent interested in full day Pre-K for their child. However, this year we will start the school year with the two Intergenerational classes not at Willow Creek Health Care and Golden Age Nursing Home but one full day class at Cotteral Elementary and one full day class at Central Elementary. It is our hope that at some point in the 2020-2021 school year we will be able to resume the two full day programs back at Willow Creek Health Care and Golden Age Nursing Home.

Many of you filled out the online survey we had available from May 8, 2020 through July 14, 2020 expressing your interest in the full day Intergenerational program. If you filled out that survey we have your name for the lottery drawing. If you did not fill out the online survey you will need to fill out the new survey titled "Interested in the Intergenerational Full Day Pre-K Program for 2020-2021". This survey will only be available from July 24, 2020 through July 30, 2020.

The lottery drawing will take place on August 4, 2020 and those drawn will be called and informed they received a spot in one of the two programs. Placement will be from the drawing only, and parents will not be able to choose Central Elementary or Cotteral Elementary. If you do not receive a call by the end of the business day on August 5, 2020 then your child did not get into the program.
