Welcome to 2nd Grade! 2023-24 is going to be a great year! Hi! My name is Fonda Hefner. This is my second year at Central, and my 26th year as an educator. I am married and have 2 children. My daughter is a senior at OSU and my son is 4 years old. We live on a small farm outside of Guthrie. We have 3 dogs, a Longhorn named CarrotTop and a mess load of chickens.
