Oklahoma's Promise Requirements

• Oklahoma Resident
• 8th, 9th or 10th grade students
• Students whose parents earn $50,000 less per year at time of sign-up
• Students who promise to meet the requirements of the program
• Special income provisions may apply to certain situations
