Welcome to Guthrie High School, my name is Steve Carroll. I joined the team at Guthrie Schools (GHS, GJHS & Faver) as a counselor in the fall of 2021. I have been in education for thirty years as a corporate education consultant, elementary and middle school teacher, basketball coach, PK-12 school principal and superintendent. I built and ran a vineyard as well. My wife, Teri and I have been married for thirty two years and we have an eighteen year old son. I graduated from Garber High School after moving to Oklahoma from Alabama my senior year. I attended the University of Central Oklahoma where I earned my Bachelor's degree. I received my Masters Degrees at the University of Oklahoma. I currently serve as the Freshman and At-Risk counselor. I am so very proud to be a new BLUEJAY!
