Hello and welcome! 

This will be my third year teaching at Guthrie Junior High School, and I'm excited for the new year! I graduated from Oklahoma State University with both a BA in History and a BS in Secondary English Education. I love delving into new subjects and learning as much as I can, so I want to ignite that same love  of learning in my students. 

I worked several years as a Writing Tutor for student-athletes at OSU, and I love getting to know new people. At home, I watch documentaries in my spare time and have taken up several news hobbies, including kickboxing, rock climbing, and figure skating!
