My name is Chellie Grayson and I consider it an honor to have been chosen to join the esteemed Blue Jays this year.
I accepted "the call” in Texas to become a certified Special Education Teacher in 2006 after 12 years of increasingly complex roles working with adults (and children) with disabilities outside of the school system.
I've accrued elementary experience in Applied Academics and Behavior Intervention.
My secondary experiences include Life Skills, Reading & Math Inclusion along with Biology, Environmental Science, and Integrated Physics & Chemistry.
I unabashedly LOVE what I do, which makes each day feel like a dream and believe all children can demonstrate progress.
I'm a lifelong learner who enjoys research/reading and an occasional jog.
I also have a knack for finding the "funny" in most every situation and thoroughly enjoy white chocolate macadamia nut cookies.
My plan time is from 1:40pm-2:25pm.
Nurturing your child's academic growth to the utmost is my passion and I am totally looking forward to THE BEST school year yet! Go Blue Jays
