My name is Casey DeHart! I am teaching kindergarten at Fogarty Elementary. This is my second year of teaching. I attended Guthrie Public Schools and graduated in 2017. I graduated from OSU with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and I am also certified in Early Childhood Education. I currently live in Stillwater, Oklahoma with my two cats Robin and Juniper! I believe having communication and working with families is an integral part of my students' learning. I had been working with kids for several years before teaching and love helping my students learn and grow, especially when many of my kindergartners have never been in a school setting before. Building a community in my classroom is one of the best things about being a teacher, and I am so excited for what the school year will bring.
