Hello, my name is Jessica Lemmons. I was born in Modesto, CA, my family moved to Tahlequah, OK when I was 11. I graduated from Tahlequah High School in 2006 and then took a break from school to get married to my husband Brent Lemmons. We have two daughters: Calista (16) and Lydia (12). I got my degree in Education from the University of Phoenix in 2020. I started working for the Guthrie School District in January 2021 at Guthrie Upper Elementary School as the Reading Interventionist. I then moved to Cotteral Elementary as the second-grade teacher in 2021-2023 and moved to 4th grade this school year 2023-2024. This is my third year teaching at Cotteral. We have one cat whose name is Tango. I am a huge gamer when I have time to get some play time in. Some of the games I like to play are Final Fantasy, Overwatch, and World of Warcraft as well as the card game Magic the Gathering. I am excited to get to meet everyone over the school year.
