Notice of Board Meeting Change

Guthrie Public Schools and school buildings continue to be closed to prevent the spread of COVID-19.  However, it is important to us to continue to hear public comments while ensuring the safety of our students, families, staff, and stakeholders. Therefore, we will be holding our April 13, 2020, Board meeting as a video conference. Members of the public wishing to make comments to the board may do so by emailing the Board Clerk at jana.frey@guthrieps.net by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Monday, April 13,2020.  In the email, they may make request a secure link to participate in the video conference to address the board or they may simply email the comments which will be read into the record by the Superintendent of Schools.
