Enrollment Requirements & Information
Guthrie Public Schools utilizes Infinite Campus for our student information system
Parents will be asked to enter/update information for their students as well as for any contacts that are listed in the enrollment. All students in your household should be included in the same application.
Parents of existing students and existing students with a NEW student will utilize the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. For Parents of existing students log in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account and navigate to the menu on the left and choose More. Choose Online Registration 23 24 and then choose Start to begin Registration for your Existing Student or New Student. Parents who do not have a parent portal account setup will need to do so before Registering. An email will be sent to do so.
Parents with students new to the district will use the link below for Registration. Existing families need to add new students using their parent portal account.

Before you begin, please gather the following:
Household information -- address and phone numbers
Proofs of residency -- two utility bills dated with the past 90 days with SERVICE ADDRESS
Parent information -- work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
Student information -- demographic and health/medication information.
School records for new students (if available)
CDIB or Tribal Membership card(s) (if applicable) for new students
Student’s birth certificate and immunization record for new Students
Guardianship documents must be provided if you are not listed on the student's birth certificate.
Emergency Contact(s) - addresses and phone numbers.
Note: Required fields are marked with a red asterisk, * and the district will receive the data exactly as it is entered. Please be careful of spelling, capitalization and punctuation. Dates should be entered as MM/DD/YYYY and phone numbers as xxx-xxx-xxxx.
